Order a single sample of any product.
Photos are great, but there's nothing quite like seeing a product for yourself.
Samples are branded with Oakdene Merch branding to demonstrate the quality of our printing/engraving. We can provide the sample printed with your own artwork at an additional cost.
We will send a £10 discount code to use on this website along with your sample, this is a single use code which will work on orders over £500.

Do you offer design support for merchandise?
Yes, our experienced in-house design team is available to assist with artwork and design inspiration. Share your ideas with our team and they will help bring them to life.
What is your minimum order quantity?
This varies, but it is always shown on the product page under ‘Specification’. For this product it is units.
Can I see a proof of my design before it is made?
We send all customers a digital proof for approval before production begins, giving you an opportunity to request amendments. We can often provide a physical sample for sign-off, or deliver photos and video if turnaround times are tight.
I need promotional merchandise delivered tomorrow, can you help?
The lead times on our website are a guide.
The 'Order a Sample' usually takes working days.
If you require delivery sooner, please call us to discuss options. We will often be able to accommodate express orders.
What extra chargers are there on top of the price?
Wherever possible all charges are built into our prices. Our website prices include:
- Delivery to UK mainland
- Origination and artwork
- Printing/Engraving the product with your branding/design
- Design amendments
- Packaging
- Digital proofs
Extra charges are incurred if you require additional printing or customisation beyond the standard branding already shown on the product.
