Accepted File Formats

Different products utilise various print processes, and the type of artwork you provide plays a crucial role in achieving the best results. Please refer to the guidelines below to ensure you supply the correct file type for your desired product:

Vector Files: .eps, .pdf, .ai, .svg, .dxf

Why Vector? Vector files are ideal for all types of printing processes. They allow for infinite scalability without any loss of quality, ensuring crisp and clear prints on any product.

Raster (Pixel) Files: .png, .jpg, .tiff

Suitable For: Full-color designs that incorporate a wide range of colors and gradients. (300 DPI or higher) to avoid pixelation and ensure sharp prints.

Don’t Have a Vector Format?

No problem! Our talented in-house graphic design team can convert your existing artwork into a vector format, ensuring it meets all necessary requirements for high-quality printing. Simply provide us with your artwork in a high-resolution format, and we’ll handle the rest.

Free Design Proofs

We provide detailed, print-ready visuals of your artwork on any of our extensive range of promotional products. This allows you to visualise the final product before proceeding to print.

How to Submit Your Artwork

1. Prepare Your Files: Ensure your artwork is in one of the accepted formats listed above. For best results, provide vector files whenever possible.

2. Share your vision: When placing your order please let our design team know how you would like your artwork positioned and sized.

3. Review Proofs: Once we receive your artwork, our team will create a print-ready proof for your approval. Review the proof to ensure everything looks perfect.

4. Finalise Your Order: Approve the proof, and we’ll proceed with printing your customised merchandise.
